We have designed and made masks to fulfil the public need, to give you a cool face protection.
Our masks feature a triple layer construction and easy to fit elastic design.
One layer of cotton inside, a waterproof middle layer and one layer with a cooler vibe on the outside.
Only use a mask that has been cleaned & ironed. Place the mask with the correct side facing your nose and mouth and covering both well. Wash hands thoroughly and dry before doing anything else.
We recommend you own at least two fabric masks per person so you will be able to wash one and have a clean one ready for use.

Our fitting is TRUE TO SIZE
All returns or exchanges of purchased items must be organized by contacting the Customer Service at hey@weareunderdogs.com.
Our Customer Care Service will send you by e-mail a AWB- AirWayBill with the necessary data.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. To obtain a refund or exchange, proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided for the item you wish to return within 10 days of the purchase. We will not accept any email confirmations as proof of purchase.
The invoice must be sent in paper with the item to be returned (due to customs purpose).
We won’t accept any return that isn’t booked by our costumer service.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints goods that are found to be defective as to quality description or performance. Only after checking the condition of the goods, your refund will be approved. You will be refund the total amount of your order in this case.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
In case of Exchanges/Returns, after we received the shoes in good conditions, you will be refunded of the value of the shoe deducting the return fee according to the list below:

In case of exchanges you can place a new order before or after being refunded by us.
All refunds will be credited to the same Credit Card/PayPal account on which the order was placed, within 10 working days of us receiving the item.
However, it may take longer to appear on your account depending on your account provider.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products, please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.
