Delivery

Please note that all orders are subject to verifications - in particular the billing and shipping addresses and the means of payment. WeAreU, Lda. reserves all rights to request additional identification information, if necessary.

Products will be delivered exclusively to the address mentioned in the Form at the time of the Order.

Deliveries are made by different carriers, depending on the country of purchase.

WeAreU, Lda. undertakes to ship Your Order as soon as possible after completion of the Transaction. We shall not be liable for late delivery, damage due to transportation or any other damage directly or indirectly related to the shipment of Products.

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. We will refund the purchase price as soon as the warehouse has handled your return. Please also note that you should inspect the products within a reasonable time after their receipt. You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you have notified us within 10 days after receipt of the products that they are rejected.

For the countries with transport costs you will be charged an extra amount that will already be displayed in the cart at the checkout.

Local taxes (customs and import duties) in Europe (non-EU) and the rest of the World aren’t included (above table).
